Most of the information on Washy Witness is sourced from Raggy Spelk, one of the most trusted and detailed archives of Washington history. We also refer to local archives, online records, and contributions from knowledgeable residents. Every effort is made to keep facts accurate and respectful to the real history of the area.

At the moment, Washy Witness mainly covers the areas of Washington Village, Fatfield, Usworth, and Teal Farm. These are the sections we’ve researched and built pages for so far.
